Mr. Peter Mihok is Chairman of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) World Chambers Federation since 1 January 2013. Mr Mihok is also the President of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Chairman of ICC Slovakia. Mr Mihok is Member of the Scientific Council of the University of Economics Bratislava, and Member of the Board of the Technical University Bratislava. Mihok is the founder and owner of ITER, a consulting company and serves as Chairman of the Incheba exhibition and convention centre in Bratislava. He is also a member of the board of Heineken, Slovensko, Kooperativa Omnia Group, Slovenske elektrarne, Enel, and Vienna Insurance Group. Mr Mihok’s past positions include working on Slovakia's accession to the EU. He was plenipotentiary Minister of the Slovak government for European Communities, and Chief Negotiator of the Slovak Republic in Brussels for the Association Agreement between the Slovak Republic and the EU. Mr. Jemal Inaishvili is the President of the Confederation of Asia Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CACCI). Prior to this, Mr. Inaishvili served as the President of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the Vice President of CACCI. Mr. Inaishvili has had extensive business experience over the years in shipping, logistics and International trade. He is the former CEO of Poti Sea Port and former President of Black and Azov Sea Ports Association (BASPA) and at present is Honorary Chairman of this organization. For some time, Mr. Inaishvili had been actively involved in politics. He was elected member of the Georgian Parliament from his native Batumi constituency in 2005 and in the same year was elected by parliament as Deputy Chairman. Mr. Inaishvili is awarded with Medal of Honor of Georgia, one of the highest civilian awards of the country.

Mr. Wang Shi is the Chairman of Chinese Culture Promotion Society (CCPS), he started presided over the daily work of the CCPS from 1992 as Deputy Secretary General and the Secretary General. CCPS aims to promote Chinese culture and promote international exchange as their main purpose. CCPS is currently the most representative and largest cultural Non-Government Organization (NGO) in China. CCPS has also been awarded the “National advanced NGO” in the year of 2004. Mr. Wang Shi is also a part- time professor at National School of Administration in Beijing, China. Other than that, he is a famous social worker and a cultural critic. He was enlisted in the year of 1968, and has taught at People's Liberation Army Academy of Art and Peking University, lectured on the Form Theory of Art, as well as the Introduction to Art. Mr. Wang Shi planned the "20th Century Classical Chinese Music" activities and the compilation of "Twenty-Four Histories". He also organized "Chinese Culture Summit", "Chinese Culture's Person of the Year Award", "Cross-Strait Culture Dialogue" and a number of other major cultural projects. Mr. Changle Liu, J.P. is the Founder of Phoenix Satellite Television Holdings Ltd., and has been its Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since year 2000. He is an honorary visiting professor at the Communication University of China, at Nankai University, at Fudan University, at Xiamen University and at Sun Yat-Sen University. Mr. Liu served as Reporter, Editor, News Commentator and Senior Management at China Central People’s Radio Station and participated in the reporting and commentary of a number of important national occasions and events. He was a Justice of the Peace by the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region since July 2004. He was the chairman of both the 2005 and 2006 iEMMYs Festival by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences since November 2004. Mr. Liu has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd. since November 2011. He serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of Hong Kong Airlines International Holdings Limited. He served as a Director of Nanjing University since 2003. Mr. Liu graduated from the Beijing Broadcasting Institute (now the Communication University of China) in the early 1980. In November 2006, Mr. Liu received an Honorary Doctoral Degree from the City University of Hong Kong in recognition of his significant contribution to learning and the well-being of society. Mr. Liu Changle was selected as “Intellect of the Media” in the “Top Ten Pairs in Focus 2000” election organized by China News week. In 2004, Mr. Liu received the Robert Mundell Successful World CEO Award. At the Singapore Asia-Pacific Overseas Chinese Commercial Leaders Forum, he was among the 30 short-listed leaders and was also honored with the “2004 Most Creative Asia-Pacific Overseas Chinese Business Leader Award”. In 2005, Mr. Liu was listed in the “Man of the Year in China New Economy 2004” election. Dr. Hans D’Orville is the former Assistant Director-General for UNESCO since October 2007. His main responsibilities are the development and implementation of the programme planning and budget worldwide. Manifold other roles include intercultural dialogue and the culture of peace; assistance to least developed countries; and UN reform. Prior to that he served as Director of UNESCO’s Bureau of Strategic Planning since October 2000. He was from 1996-2000 Director of Information Technologies (IT) for Development Programme in the Bureau for Development Policy of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Since 1975 he held various posts in the United Nations Secretariat and UNDP, among others Secretary of the UN Committee on Conferences and Senior Officer in the Office of the UNDP Administrator with responsibility for UNDP’s Governing Council. Dr. D’Orville was Executive Coordinator of the InterAction Council of former Heads of State and Government, member of the Executive Committee of the Africa Leadership Forum, advisor to the Independent Commission of Population and Quality of Life and the Independent Commission on Forests and Sustainable Development during the year of 1987 - 1995. Dr. D’Orville holds a Ph.D and MA in economics from University of Konstanz. He is also the author of numerous publications on the UN focusing on general development and African issues.

Adnan Kassar is the Chairman and CEO of Fransabank Group, the President of the Lebanese Economic Organizations, and the Honorary Chairman of the General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture for the Arab Countries. Born in 1930 in Beirut, Lebanon, Mr. Kassar completed his law studies before venturing into business. He entered the Chamber world and soon became President of the Lebanese Federation of Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. And regionally he was Chairman of the General Union of Arab Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. Internationally, he headed the World Chambers Federation of the ICC and became Chair in 1999 and 2000 of International Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Kassar is also the founder and a partner of A.A.KASSAR SAL, a Lebanese based company with activities in different economic sectors in Lebanon and overseas. Adnan Kassar and his brother Adel acquired Fransabank in 1980. Today Fransabank Group has the largest branch network in Lebanon, and a presence in France, Algeria, Sudan, Syria, Belarus, Cyprus, Iraq, UAE, Cuba and Ivory Coast. Mr. Kassar was appointed Minister of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Lebanon in 2004, Minister of State in the Unity Government in 2009 and Minister of State until June 2011 for the newly formed government then. Mr. Kassar has developed strong productive relations with leading international organizations including the G7/G8, the United Nations, the World Bank and the WTO. He is also a member on the Distinguished Board of International Advisors of the White Nights Foundation of America. Mr.Kassar has been constantly awarded international decorations, awards and official orders of merit by many international organizations and different countries in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and North America for his talented contributions.

Mr. Jean-Guy Carrier is former Secretary General of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) since January 24, 2011 until June 2014. He is also President of the consulting firm Carrier Walker International (CWI). He served as an Acting Secretary General of ICC International Chamber of Commerce - The World Business Organization since July 2010. He served as Director of Programmes for ICCs Research Foundation from 2009 to 2014. His leadership oversaw the enhancement of ICC’s role as the voice of international business and its effective participation in the G20 governments’ policy process, including ICC contributions to policy proposals at all G20 Summits since 2010. Mr. Carrier oversees an array of activities to represent the interests of world business to governments and intergovernmental organizations. In his wide-ranging international career, Mr. Carrier has led various research-based publishing and public information programmes, notably for the World Trade Organization (WTO) from 1996 to 2008, where he was Publisher and Chief Editor. He set up the WTO Reference Centre programme, a network of computerized WTO information and research centers in the trade ministries of over 100 developing countries. He has held senior positions with the International Institute for Systems Analysis in Vienna, Austria, the Economic Council of Canada, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and global communications consulting firms. Mr. Carrier works in China include a position as senior fellow of the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Beijing's Renmin University. Mr. Carrier obtained a BSc degree from University of Ottawa and authored six books ranging from literature to studies of public policy. He has edited several collections of works on international trade and contributed many articles for print and electronic media as well.

Kate Carnell commenced as Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman in March 2016. Kate was CEO of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) from May 2014 to February 2016. ACCI, Australia's largest and most representative business organization, is the leading voice of business in Australia advocating for over 300,000 businesses across all industries. Kate was CEO at beyondblue from 2012 to 2014 addressing issues associated with depression, anxiety and related disorders in Australia. Prior to this, Kate was the CEO of the Australian Food and Grocery Council. She is also the former CEO of Australian General Practice Network is a pharmacist by profession and was the first female to become the National Vice-President of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia. Ms Carnell was elected to the ACT Legislative Assembly in 1992, and became leader of the ACT Liberal Party in 1993. Ms Carnell was then elected ACT Chief Minister in March 1995, and re-elected in 1998 becoming the only Liberal woman to be elected as Chief Minister or Premier in Australian political history. Following her political career, Kate became a serious driving force behind Transact Communications' innovative broadband communications network, and also spent three years as Executive Director of the National Association of Forest Industries (NAFI). Ms Carnell was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2006 for her services to community through contributions to economic development and support for the business sector, knowledge industries, the medical sector and medical technology advances.

He served as Special Envoy on Trade and Investments (China) from 2006 to May, 2007. He has been Vice-Chairman at Basic Energy Corp. since November 2007. He has been the Chairman and Independent Director of 2GO Group Inc. (formerly, Aboitiz Transport System Corporation and William Gothong & Aboitiz Inc) since July 6, 2011 and January 21, 2011 respectively. He has been a Director of Basic Energy Corp. (alternate name is Basic Consolidated Inc.) since 1998, Southwest Resources, Inc. since May 2013 and Basic Ecomarket Farms, Inc. since May 2013. Ms. Maria Fernanda Garza is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Orestia, Mexico. She is also the President of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Mexico as well. ICC Mexico is currently comprised of around 110 active members, which include companies of all sizes and sectors. Many gatherings such as the World Banking Commission and the World Customs Commission meetings will put ICC Mexico in the spotlight this year. In addition, the G20 and B20 Summits will take place in Los Cabos in June. Major General Oren Shachor is the National Security College graduate, Command and Staff College graduate (extended course) and holds BA in General History from Tel Aviv University. In 1986 he received the rank of Brigadier General and an appointment to the position of commander of the foreign forces link unit. In 1988 he was appointed chief intelligence officer in the Israel Defense Forces. He served in this position for about three and a half years. As of 1992, he served as the military deputy comptroller of the security forces. In 1995 he was promoted to Major General and appointed by then Minister of Defense and Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, Coordinator of Government Activities in Judea, Samaria and Gaza. He was appointed head of Civil Committee in the negotiations on the interim agreement with the Palestinians. He finished his function on 20 February, 1997. In June 1997 he was retired from the IDF with the rank of Major General, after 33 years of service. Then he joined the Labor Party and worked closely with Ehud Barak, who was chairman of the Labor Party and its candidate for prime minister. He went into private business from 1999 until June 2000 as chairman of the board of CSI Holdings Group (Private Companies Group Inc., in the fields of security consulting). He also served as a Director until October 2000 in the Co-Op Blue Square (a financial corporation publicly traded in New York). He was also the chairman of the Blue Square Real Estate Ltd. (a financial corporation, traded in Tel Aviv stock exchange until October 2000. He was elected by the 41st General Assembly of the Association of Chambers of Commerce in Israel, as a member of the Presidium. He also serves as Chairman of the International Relations Committee in the association and as the Association’s Vice President Since August, 2000, he was appointed Amidar’s acting Chairman of the Board. In 2002, he was appointed Tambour’s board director was appointed Tambour Ecology director in 2003. He finished his role by his own request on January 31, 2004. Simultaneously, in the past several years, he presented a weekly TV show on Channel 33 and the Broadcasting Authority, as well as a weekly radio program on Voice of Israel. He serves as Chairman of ICC ISRAEL in 2003 and as President (CEO) and Chairman of the EAPC Group of Companies (Eilat Ashkelon oil pipeline). He was appointed employers' public representative in the National Labor Court in 2004. And since September 1996 he has been the plenipotentiary representative of Hukumat of the Dushanbe City in the City Administration and the Government of Moscow, Russian Federation. Since 1997 he has again performed the duties of the First Deputy Chairman of "Tajikpotrebsouz" Board. He has rendered great services for the development of consumers` cooperatives and formation of material and technical basis of this system. On 16 October, 2003 at the regular IV Congress of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan he was elected a Chairman. He took part in numeral International Assemblies, Forums including under the UNESCO auspices as well as the Conferences of World and Islamic Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Since 1993 he has been a member of Interstate and Governmental Commission of the Republic of Tajikistan. He was one of the participants in signing of Inter-Tajik Peace Agreement, June 27, 1997, Moscow. By celebration in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Sovereignty Day of the Republic of Tajikistan on the initiative of Saidov Sharif and with his personal participation there was signed an Agreement on Commercial and Economic, Scientific and Technical, Humane and Cultural cooperation between the Government of Moscow and the Hukumat of Dushanbe. He has Government awards for labor services including the "Sharaf" ("Glory") Order, was awarded with GOLD MEDAL of Piece and Harmony Federation.

She also was a Member of the Organizing Committee, and regularly participated in the International Women’s Summits, as well as the International Conference on Population and Development (Cairo, 1995) and the UN World Summit for Social Development (Copenhagen, 1995). In 1990, Mrs Ochirova founded the International Women Center “Women’s Future”. She is still the President of this Center, which is one of the primary non-governmental organizations in the Russia Federation. The Center is famous for its innovative social programmes and projects aimed at providing medical, social and other assistance to vulnerable social groups, primarily to women and children in difficulty. The Center participates in various charity events and international conferences on humanitarian issues, as well as on the situation of women and children in modern society. Mrs Ochirova is a member of several international academic associations and other non-governmental organizations, and is actively involved in organizing different international events and conferences. She is a Member of the Russian Union of Writers, and has been an Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Arts since 2011.

He is a member of Xi'an Fourteenth and 15th People's Congress, Vice president of the International Chamber of Commerce of Shaanxi Province, Vice president of Shaanxi Province Tourist Attractions Association, Vice president of Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, Vice president of Shaanxi Provincial Collection Association and Xi'an Lianhu District Tourism Association president. Mr. Li involved in the formation of Tang West Market Group, planning and implementation of large integrated Tang West Complex, Silk Road International Museum City, Silk Road Expo Park, Silk Road Cultural Street, large cultural projects in Nanchang and a number of influential projects. He has tremendously contributed to the development of cultural industry in Shaanxi Province especially in Xi'an. Mr. Li has in-depth knowledge of Sui and Tang West market history, culture and cultural resources of Silk Road, thus, to promote the creation of Tang West Market Group Culture brand. He also specifically planned and organized several cultural promoting events including “Silk Road Tourism Cultural Heritage Exhibition and Cultural Events”, “Tang West Market Spring Cultural Temple Fair” ( Chinese religious gatherings held by folk temples for the worship of the Chinese gods and immortals) attracting millions of local and oversea tourists to visit since 2010. This not only serves as a free cultural platform for everyone but also provides a wealth of cultural products and services, thus promoting Xi’an and Shaanxi cultural industry, tourism industry and development of economy. Ever since President Xi Jniping put forward “One Belt One Road” initiative, Mr. Li planned to create a cultural themed activity “One Silk Road and the Songs of the Two Cities” along Italy, Spain and countries and regions along causing wide repercussions and promotes “Mutual Understanding Between Peoples”. Afterwards she set up Silver Bridge Tech Investment & Management Co., Ltd. and Yinda Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. respectively. Meanwhile, she was one of the producers for the great show of world expo, the musical comedy Changhe, the radio show Master Hongyi, the documentary Tianxin Yueyuan, and the film beat by heart. Also, she has successively established Shanghai Music Institute Foundation, Shanghai Culture Foundation Qiuyu Education Funds, Shanghai Modern Service Industry Development and Research Foundation, where she has been acting as General Secretary and Deputy General Secretary. She has chaired large-scaled forums and expos, such as Top 100 Listing Corporations Forum & Top 100 Listing City Mayors Forum, National Digital Audio Competition, Shanghai Modern Wedding Expos, etc. In addition, she holds teaching and research professorship at Fudan University and Shanghai Finance & Economic University.
