Deputy Secretary General

Mr. Ken Li was Executive Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi OBO Service Industry Group before he became secretary to chairman and director of international affairs in Tang West Market Group in 2013.

 

Mr. Li is also the Managing Director of Shaanxi Young Entrepreneurs Association and Deputy Secretary General of Xi’an MBA Association. He is currently Head of the General Office at SRCIC Secretariat, responsible for government relations and administration management. Mr. Li is an MBA graduate.

Dr. Tian Xiaohong is currently the Deputy General Secretary of Shanghai Consulting Industry Association.

 

Dr. Tian worked for both State-Owned Enterprises and Private Companies, having accumulated affluent operation and management experience in different sectors of financial investment, creative culture, conference, and expo activities. Dr. Tian has successively established several Foundations.

 

At the same time, Dr. Tian holds teaching and research professorship at Fudan University and Shanghai Finance & Economic University.

During his term of office, he had developed around 50 diamond members and actively worked out solutions to different demands from the members. He was regarded as the most effective and trusted partner in CCOIC.

 

Mr. Wang got his Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management at China’s Capital University of Economics and Business, and his Bachelor’s degree in German at Beijing Language and Culture University. For his new position, as one of the Deputy Secretaries General in SRCIC, Mr. Wang is in charge of the Beijing office and the related projects and affairs.

HUANG Shaomei

Ms. Huang has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector, having served for extensive periods in a consulting and advisory capacity for investment and planning of large-scale property projects in Guangzhou, China. These include the planning of the underground space along the central axis of Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town and Guangzhou TV Tower for which she has also provided the China Government with professional recommendations on property development and urban planning.

 

Ms. Huang is currently an executive council member of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in China – Guangdong and a member of CPPCC Guangzhou Municipal Committee of Nansha District.

Mr. Huang Dahai obtained a master's degree in currency banking from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1985. Mr. Huang is the CEO of Shaanxi Tang West Market Financial Holding Co.,Ltd. Prior to this, he served in CCB for over 30 years; worked in CCB branch, CCB provincial bank, foreign CCB branches and Government Liaison Office of Shaanxi branch of CCB and the provincial science and technology VC firm. 

 

In the past two years, Mr. Huang had presided over the establishment of ten more funds, including the state-owned enterprise reform fund of Shaanxi Province (¥30bn), XiXian New Area Development Fund (¥30bn) and more. Mr. Huang also presided the debt to equity swap for ¥50bn, managed over ¥900bn asset in CCB, ¥120bn in annuity and fund trusteeship, and ran ¥50bn for bond underwriting, asset return rights, industrial fund.
