Mr. Lu addresses the Forum

 

On 9-10 December 2016,Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce, in partnership with China Chamber of International Commerce, Shaanxi Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Shaanxi Industry and Commerce Alliance, International Cooperative Alliance of China Industrial Parks, Xi’an Qujiang New District Administration, and more Municipal and Provincial supporters, held the Forum and Discussion on international industrial parks and an international culture week.

The Forum in session

 

More than 300 participants are from more than 20 countries. They are government leaders, commercial chamber chairmen, heads of international organizations and industrial parks from China,Russia,Ukraine,Georgia, Spain, Bolivia, India and many other Silk Road countries. To promote the management, development and cooperation of industrial parks among the Silk Road countries, the Forum focused on building up international industrial parks under the Belt and Road Initiative and on joint construction of Belt and Road cooperation mechanism and platforms. The discussion is about the new route to the development of cross-border industrial parks and the recommendation of key industrial parks projects.

Mr. Lu Jianzhong, SRCIC Chairman, emphasized in his address that the construction of the Belt and Road can be advanced by the cluster and demonstration effects of international industrial parks as well as the business mechanism and platforms for exchange and interaction.

The Opening Session

 

An international culture week will be on in Xi’an next year. The discussion on the work plan and preparation will be held tomorrow and chaired by Mr. WANG Shi, SRCIC Honourary Chairman and Chairman of China Culture Promotion Society.
