The PSRICC Entrusted By the China Charity Federation "Kits of Love" Handed Over To Manila Government

Entrusted by the Chinese side, SRCIC member PSRICC held a ceremony at Manila City University on December 13 to hand over 2,000 "Kits of Love" donated by China to the Manila City Government. Roberto Morino, the Mayor of Manila received the donation, which will be distributed by the city government among public school students.

 

Someone of PSRICC who attended the handover ceremony for the hand in hand student activities of the 4th "Belt and Road · People-to-people Connectivity" were, Vice President Jerry Cua, the Diplomatic Sharon Sy, the Diplomatic Bryan Ang, Foundation Chairman of PSRICC and SRCIC Vice Chairman Amb. Francis Chua and his daughter Dr. Beatrice, Director Huang Guojie, and the Secretary-general Pol Ongkinglok. Attendees are also Carlos Arias, President of the Manila City University, And Director of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jesus B. Varela, the Director of the PCCI and the Manila City University.

 

To implement the speech spirit of President Xi Jinping, at the opening ceremony in the 73rd World Health Assembly Video Conference, titled "Unity and cooperation over the pandemic, Building a community of health for mankind, to consolidate the traditional friendship among the peoples of the world, and strengthen the people-to-people friendly, promote the hearts and minds are interlinked, China Charity Federation, China Council For the Promotion of International Exchange for Non-governmental Organizations, jointly carried out the 4th "Belt and Road · People-to-people Connectivity" student Hand in hand donation activity of "Kits of Love". Recommended by the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines, CCF entrusted PSRICC to coordinate with the Philippine government to distribute the donations to students in the Philippines, so as to make due contributions to the fight against the epidemic.

 

Through the campaign, China donated 2,000 "Kits of Love" to every country along the Belt and Road. Each care bag contains: surgical mask, cooling oil, hand sanitizer, oil painting stick, compressed biscuits. All the items were distributed to domestic students to fight the epidemic.
