19 December 2017, SRCIC Delegation led by Secretary General Li Zhonghang and President of Beijing Huihuang Group Li Kelang visited Zhangjiajie in Hunan Province of China for the investment and sitting of Silk Road International Cultural Industry Park.

Late that afternoon, Secretary of the Zhangjiajie Municipal Committee of the CPC, Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Zhangjiajie Guo Zhenggui met with the SRCIC delegation. Both sides negotiated on the future cooperation projects.

Guo Zhenggui welcomed Mr. Li Zhonghang and SRCIC delegates to explore Zhangjiajie and its tourism industry. He said that Zhangjiajie is a burgeoning and beautiful city, and strives to be a famous tourism destination in the light of “11567” comprehensive development plan. He expressed the government expectation that Zhangjiajie is delighted to cooperate with Tang West Market Group and SRCIC for a common brighter future.

Mr. Li Zhonghang spoke highly of Zhangjiajie's abundant tourism resources. He said Zhangjiajie has its unique treasure and tangible beauty. As a window of Hunan's opening up and leading city of regional tourism development, Zhangjiajie, with its rapid and energetic development, is a fertile soil for investment and business. Tang West Market Group along with Beijing Huihuang Group is willing to introduce platforms and resources of SRCIC to Zhangjiajie, to build the Silk Road International Cultural Industry Park, and contribute to Zhangjiajie's construction of a famous tourism destination.
